To preface who I am, I FIRST am a child of God. I am a living testiment to His works and wonders.
Did you know that Jesus Christ Himself learned the “laying of hands” in his adolescent years, which is otherwise known as Reiki?
That fact blows my mind and makes me love even more what I do!!!
Reiki in itself has done incredible things for me and my clients, as Jesus works with and through me during all of my sessions.
God took everything from me at one point- literally. I was given a new slate to begin again. I survived an “accident” that could have killed anyone. I survived for a purpose! All I had was my faith to lean on. MANY prayed for me before I truly prayed for me. I was FORCED to learn every facet of self healing that I could!
I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and suffered a stroke— I was totally right side paralyzed. I believe the brain injury opened me up to help me to realize my innate ability to heal and transform. If I can transform myself, I am confident I can transform others, in ways they didn't know they needed. This work comes so naturally to me and I am so grateful to be here now, doing this!
Backstory: On February 12, 2009, I was forced off a motorcycle (riding passenger) and a semi‑truck ran me over. I suffered severe, life‑altering injuries.I recieved a traumatic brain injury, stroke, a lacerated liver, and skull fractures. My own journey to reclaim health and overall sanity, led me to explore every facet of healing. In 2014, after visiting a psychic medium (Angela Bixby) about a house I was living in that I believed was haunted, I learned that I was a healer — and I discovered how to work with spirit and much more. Reiki became the most potent modality in my recovery.
My personal experience grounds my practice. I design truly restorative, tailored Reiki sessions that are immersive, sensory, and focused on whole‑body healing. I bring compassion, clinical awareness, and lived experience to every session, guiding clients toward balance, resilience, and deeper peace.
I am twice Reiki certified, as well as certified to administer “bars”, as they’re refered to. (My first time being certified for Reiki was 2015, but unfortunately the record of those certifications got lost and I forgot the name of my facilitator.)
“Bars” are 32 points on your head that when touched/activated by a practitioner, sends gentle healing and awareness to areas that tend to be overlooked in the everyday scenario.
My Reiki sessions are tailored to you! I blend traditional energy work with complementary sensory therapies to support deep relaxation and whole‑body restoration. Sessions may incorporate pure essential oils, gentle feather work for energetic clearing, tuning‑fork sound therapy, and rattles to aid the RELEASE. Access Bars are incorporated to release mental and emotional charge, and optional harmonic egg light therapy. Each element is used mindfully and only with your consent to enhance the Reiki experience — creating an immersive, soothing session designed around your needs.

My full name is Elise Kathleen Noel! I was born in Port Arthur, Texas, May 2, 1986. My mother and father both served in the U.S. Navy. As my father was serving in Guam, my mom was already out of the Navy and living home in TX with her family in waiting to have me. After my dad got out of the military, we lived in Texas for a little while, with my two year older brother, and my four year younger brother. My dad couldn’t beat the Texas heat, so back to Delaware we moved — just before I started kindergarten. I am raised in Delaware, but not born, so I consider myself a TexaDelawarian!
After graduating in 2005 from Caesar Rodney HS, I attended Delaware Technical, community college In Dover majoring in early childhood education in hopes of becoming a kindergarten teacher. Turns out that was not my path, and I ended up joining the United StatesAir Force. Three years in, and 6 weeks after having my first child is when my life took a turn. Again. 1/12/09 I was traumatically injured from a motorcycle accident the day before returning back to work from maternity leave. It was a literal NDE. I obtained a TBI (traumatic brain injury), and full stroke from a carotid artery being pinched- to name a few. I was 100% paralyzed on my right side for 5 to 6 months, at least. An honorable medical discharge from the USAF was granted,
Years of learning how to recover led me back to myself and utilizing my special gifts of moving energy.

Pictured here is my partner, Duck, oldest son, Kingston and my youngest, Luca. I am a lot of things! I am a grounded first. I am mother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend! I am grounded in FAITH, COURAGE, PASSION and STRENGTH. So much so, I have the words tattooed on my chest in Mandarin. So much so that I have these words tattooed in Mandarin, on my chest. All of my tattoos hold significance as I’ve gotten them during meaningful life transitions.
Aside from all the healing art modalities, I love ART, and painted a collection of “Peace’s” infused with my Reiki- during the span of 2016-2018. I used the name, “Peace Of Elise”, as it was exactly that. A piece of peace, straight from my heart to the receiver’s home.
I have two sons I am, beyond the moon, proud of! My eldest, Kingston (16) is from my previous marriage, and my partner of eight years, Duck (Richard) and I share our younger son, Luca (4).
Together we’re a loud, silly, sometimes overwhelming — but always loving, crew. We enjoy being active: catching live music, bowling, enjoying extended family time with both sides. Our recent summers have been spent cheering at Kingston’s baseball travel games. We love baseball!
