A single Reiki session with Elise provides a focused, clinical-grade energy treatment. The session begins with an assessment of the client’s energy field to identify areas of imbalance or energetic congestion. Elise then delivers hands-on Reiki — moving energy with sweeping motions and utilizing and incorporating tools, such as a tuning fork, rattles, and feathers. She pinpoints blocks and does the work to help the ease up or remove the block altogether. Also incorporated is a selection of essential oils to support relaxation and physiological regulation. Access Bars® techniques are incorporated as indicated to facilitate release of habitual tension patterns. Sessions are individualized and conducted in a clean, professional setting.
